Dark Side Garage

Week a ago, I was visiting my friends garage (dark side garage) in Helsinki. Inside the garage I found few ongoing project-cars, mostly JDM-versions. These guy´s are real JDM nuts.. :)
I didn´t take much pics, `cos I took measurements for a subwoofer enclosure to AW11 (Toyota MR2) and I and Maladar also did few vinyl stickers at the same time.. But here is something to remember..

Santa`s low ride?

Photoshoot day we had -13 c degrees..like -13 offset. lol

Da front camber

We just raised the front strut tower,  ride is stiffer and car is lower, just what I wanted. Now I need to adjust more camber because car is sitting on the tyres..

The real deal..

I wanted the car go lower..
I wanted more camber to the front..
I wanted new front suspension upper mounts too..

Control arms - prototype

The Airlift airride-setup doesn`t go so low I wanted. Need to do some custom modifications.

I made a prototype of a control arm (actually my buddy cut it with laser), now I can lower my car even more. Why? Looks dope and ride is stiffer when driving low.

To camber, I used this rear upper control arm kit

Project negative offset on Honda

My new setup with winter tyres on.
BBS RS 15x9,5" with -13offset and tyres 195/50 Barum Polaris 2.  Grip, I might say...with this camber.
