Damn! I love this thing! Sadly we dont have this two door model here up north. We only have the four door model, which isn't so beatiful and simple looking. 

Need to open the ebay or something to find similar like this one..

Nissan SSS

This weekend Nissan was in a local car show, X-treme car show. My friends wanted me to bring Nissan to their stand. I had no problem with it.. I think I was the only guy, who didn`t even wash the car, Nissan has so good patina on it!

After the show, I took few quick fotos.

Airride building saturday

Yesterday had a nice day building Nissan airride system.
All is now istalled and I´m waiting brackets to bolt the Bags on to the coils.

Parts I use is following: Universal Air bags, Viair compressor and cauges and SMC valves.

I think I´ll make hard lines next year..

Just test fitting the wheels.. There is 2,5cm space under the car with this ride height.

Nissan suspension work

Finally Nissan got a new suspension setup..just test fitted..

We used Nissan 350Z (K-Sport) coilovers. It just need minor modification to the K-Sport fixing points. Aluminium plates and welder up front and lathe an lasercutting on rear.

I will take better pics for those susp. parts lately.

Car is (again) jacked up right now and I´m ripping all off (again). Everything´s going to have sandplast and powdercoating. Will also use new ball joint, tie rod end, all rubber parts, bushings.. everything is going to be fixed.

Test drive pic. There was 6cm space under the car. I still can lower the front end about 3cm and rear end 8,5cm. With a different tyre size also will lower the car about 1,5cm. (I will use 195/45 on 15x9")

Project beginzzz....

Firstly, sorry for no posting for a loooooong time. (I`ve been busy building my house and garage, and of course my 2 and half year old girl take some playtime too :)

Ok. Finally got the garage to that point, that I could take the Nissan inside. First I jacked it up and measured the shocks to make the new ones from a Nissan 350Z coilovers. I´m making this static right now, but I´ve a idea to have it bagged some day..

JDM Nissan Bluebird SSS Turbo-X Hardtop -84

I got new project for those dark winter nights :)  It might be a Kyusha style-car or.. dont know yet.

This car was imported to Finland in 1997 and after 2008 there was no use for it. With new battery and altenator belt everything works fine.
It has only few damages (dent) on its body and rear fenders are little rusty too.

With (active) suspension the ride was very comfy. It´s not fast with 1.8 litre turbo engine, but still pleasant to overtake other cars..it weights only 1020kg.

Partial cars..

I`ve always loved seeing partial cars, anykind of projects. These are on the web..not mine tought.
